Who has been a victim of Judge Susan Lopez-Giss
Please I'm trying to reach mothers who have been affected by the above named judge. Not only has she taken children away from their mothers, but she's using her authority by not allowing us to present our facts or any evidence that was requested specifically by her. When I appeared back in court with all evidence she didn't even want to see it, nor would she allow me to talk when I asked. Not only is she affecting us mothers emotionally she is affecting us physically. Hi, I have been a witness to Lopez-Giss's insane terrible treatment of mothers. The thought of being in her courtroom makes me sick. Maybe post information about your blog on disrobe? Lopez-Giss should not be in the family courtroom.

Judge Lopez Giss is a very emotional biased woman. I truly believe that there must BE a son or nephew, who she views as a "victim" in family court, for she is very much against women without even seeing the case.
ReplyDeleteI have observed her at the bench many times, and if you are a woman representing yourself she will ignore you, and won't even let you present your case or evidence. Judge Lopez Giss is a danger for abused women. Judge has no sympathy for victim's plight and her worst trait is that she will make up her mind on the outcome of any case in front of her in the first 10 minutes of trial....nothing will change her mind for I believe she will not allow herself to be a neutral observer. Any woman that comes in front of this judge is being denied her constitutional rights. This judge can and will destroy a woman's frail hopes of surviving a divorce, specially when ordering financial support. Judge is brutal when it comes to support for women.
I have read the comment made by the first woman who started this blog. I agree a 100% in what she says about Judge taking a woman's custody away, without a thought. Judge uses the custody issue almost as a sword, letting it be known that SHE has the power. WE HAVE TO STOP THIS JUDGE FROM VICTIMIZING WOMEN IN THE FAMILY COURT SCENARIO. WOMEN, AS IT IS, DO NOT FAIR
WELL IN OUR LEGAL SYSTEM, WE CERTAINLY DO NEED A WOMAN JUDGE TO FURTHER HINDER THE LITTLE WE HAVE.

All women who have been victimized in Judge Lopez Giss's courtroom should unite and appeal to supervising judges. Judge Lopez Giss is not God, she has supervisors; let's find them.

This woman is a complete lunatic! Her mood changes based on the meds she took. It’s completely obvious she is over medicated. She starts laughing out of nowhere like a crazed woman. She loved putting mothers down even when the fathers are on drugs, alcohol, abusive, homeless, and has no means to support a child she still gives these fathers way to much visitation of these innocent children. I’ve seen wonderful mother’s spirits broken in the court room. Take this Medicated Monster of the Bench!

This man is a mechanic shop owner loaded with money and i have 6 other children so this lunatorder for me to pay this man $1000 a month she told me to go and get child support from the other parents and I only get to see my son every 2 weeks on a Saturday and Sunday
ReplyDeleteThis judge is more interested in misdemeanor restraining order violations than felony preparing and offering false evidence, through perjury by false affidavit and parental child abduction crimes by the mother who unlawfully obtained the order by means of fraud upon the court....its communist russia in her courtroom...the clerks know whats going on more than that woman does. But hey...its 21st century America, and the woman in this country feel like god...
